Ingrid did a fantastic job! She was very helpful and made the best drinks! I definitely recommend. Any question I had, she had a knowledgeable response.
Room was clean. My AC was not working and I think they replaced the handler in like 15mins and the AC was great. It's no problem to me if the ac breaks as long as someone comes to fix it right away. It was not your typical experience where they look at it for awhile leave for 30 mins, need a tool, come back the next day. NOPE fixed it in the first visit.
Decent location and newer updates. First room had AC issues that couldn't be easily fixed. Next room AC works but the tub spigot and shower head are really loose and almost pulled out of the wall. There is a lot lateral movement. They attempted a fix. Not really fixed, still moves alot. Not a deal breaker. Would consider this hotel again
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff was warm and friendly from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. I really enjoyed the food, and having convenient on-site parking was a big plus. The front desk team was especially helpful and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
This is a JEWEL of a hotel. Out a little farther from the airport, but worth it if you can manage a little drive or a rideshare or 2. Really beautiful open lobvy. The decor is up to Vegas standards (but not as gaudy!). Beds are comfortable, pillows are perfect, air conditioner powerful... no free breakfast or even coffee in the lobby but they have little coffee makers in the room and a Starbucks-like fare coffee shop in the lobby. (Didn't check out the pool.)
I’m scheduled to check in tomorrow and had a personal situation happened that required some last minute changes to my reservation. Completely freaking out l called the hotel and got the kindest most lovely and helpful person. Makayla (not sure if the spelling) assisted me with the reservation to perfection AND she had the sweetest words of encouragement to offer based on my blabbering about the issue while trying to resolve all of this.
Ingrid, our server in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful. She accommodated my wife’s dietary needs perfectly, and she worked with the chef (who was also very good)! Ingrid was so pleasant and welcoming! FIVE STARS to you Ingrid! Thank you for making the beginning of our stay so pleasant!
Hello, I wanted to let you know that my stay at the hotel was very good but I must mention the following: Unfortunately they did not inform me that they had the restaurant service open in the afternoon for dinner and that made my afternoon a little complicated. Another situation is that they do not have a taxi service. For this, the front desk staff helped me get one. On the other hand, Mrs. Ingrid was very kind to me at all times and had the courtesy to also speak to me in Spanish, she was the only person who did so and I don't think they have more Latinos working here.
